The deadline for submitting this form is 11:59 p.m. PST on January 31, 2017.

Note: Once this form is submitted BC Assessment will send you a confirmation via email. Any supporting documentation (photos, etc.) for your appeal can be submitted by replying to the confirmation email. Please include the roll number of the property under appeal in the subject line.
